I am writing to thank you for the fabulous service you and your company recently provided my sister-in-law with when resolving her home computer virus issue.
Her home PC is less than a year old and came pre-installed with Bull Dog anti-virus suite, which recently informed her that it had detected the presence of a Trojan virus that required cleansing. Once Bull Dog was finished removing the virus, a number of other applications including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer no longer functioned correctly. Even the Bull Dog technical support team couldn’t resolve the issue and informed her to download and install a completely different browser.
You collected the PC from her home address on the Friday, gave the whole PC a service, resolved the virus and inoperable applications problems and returned it on the Monday. You had also sourced and installed additional RAM enabling the PC to run more quickly, something she’d been complaining about for some time. And all this for just £70!!
